Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

with one partner working at a time, complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes.

1 burpee

1 wallball 20/14

2 burpees

2 wall balls

3 burpees

3 wall balls

4 burpees

4 wall ball

etc…
each partner must complete all reps / and every increment of 5,10,15,20 both partners must run 200m with med ball.
