2. Partner A: ME Burpee Box Jumps

Partner B: 400m Run

3. Partner A: ME Toe to bar

Partner B: 400m run

4. Partner A: ME Deadlifts (225/155#)

Partner B: 400m run
*when partner A returns from the 400m run partners will then switch roles. Once both partners have completed the same exercise you will move on!
