We offer personal training sessions that are planned and programmed specifically for each client's goals. Whether it be weight loss, strength gains, lean mass building, toning, or getting rid of stubborn fat, we will design a program that works for you. Before we start any personal training program, we will have a 1-hour goal evaluation meeting. This time is to give your personal trainer a better outlook on what you want exactly from our training sessions. From there we will then begin our programming for you. For maximum results, we do recommend these personal training sessions be a minimum of 4 weeks of 4 1-hour sessions a week. However, If intensity is high we can help you reach your goals with 2-3 sessions a week as well.
We offer personal training for athletes as well. Every year we help middle school, high school, and college athletes get bigger, stronger, and faster in the off season. Our strength and conditioning techniques will push your athlete to the limit and give them the stimulus they need to improve on and off the field. In today’s competitive athletic and sports environment athletes need every advantage they can get to stand out to coaches and potential recruiters. We can help build them the strong body and strong mind that they need to win!
We also offer 1 on 1 CrossFit Skill sessions for those looking for more personal time on specific movements you may be struggling to master during class time. Here you will be analyzed with video, and learn specific drills to ensure your improvement on whatever it may be. You can get one session at a time or for discounted rates through packages that can help keep the cost reasonable and allow you to reach your fitness goals more quickly.
