Plyo Pushups can be performed as a super set paired with your bench presses or as a single exercise.  The reps need to be low so you can be explosive for every rep.  We suggest sets of 4-6 reps and focus on your power output each rep.  Thank of it as if you were trying to push so hard and fast that you could push yourself up into a standing position.
