Complete 25 back squats at 80% of 1RM.  Every minute you must complete 3 burpees, the workout starts with 3 burpees.

then,

Complete 200 Double Unders with 5 box jumps every minute on the minute.  Time starts with 5 box jumps.  Men use 24″ box, women use 20″ box.  Advanced athletes go for 400 double unders, if you can’t do double unders complete 300 singles.
