Five rounds for time of:

-135 pound Squat clean thruster, 5 reps

-10 Chest to bar pull-ups

*if your hips are not at or below your knees, if you are not locked out and under control for the press portion of your thruster, the rep does not count.  If your chest is not touching the bar the rep does not count!*
