-15 Air Squats

5 min. Squat Test!

Strength

Back Squat

3-3-3-3-3-3

then,

Pistol Squats

3 set of 4reps (2 each leg)

*if you can hold a KB or BB*

Conditioning

3x300M Shuttle, 3 minute break between each.
