-1 minute of Push-Ups

-1 mintue of Lateral Shuffle (15′ left, 15′ right= 1 rep)

-1 mintue of Burpees

-1 minute of Shuffle (15′ forward, 15′ backwards= 1 rep)

-1 minute Hang Snatch, Barbell

-1 minute Rest
