This is a picture of myself after finishing my half marathon row. I challenge you to step out of your comfort zone every now and then to do what others won’t. I truly believe this is a key tool for self growth. For most of you, coming to the CrossFit classes is doing so. Take a moment to think about the small percentage of Alamance County that challenges themselves like you guys do every day. It takes a driven person to do and accomplish what you guys are doing in class. Hope everyone has a great week at work, but also a great week in the gym.
