Dean was a long time Member/Elon student/Friend of mine. He sent me this video a couple weeks ago and I thought it was so cool that I wanted to share with you guys. Dean has been chasing (100kg/220#) for a very long time and he finally puts it together here. Once you’re somewhat experienced with the olympic lifts, and have established a true 1RM, PRing (Personal Record) your main lifts will forever be one of the most euphoric feelings in the world.
