It has been a month now since we have teamed up with ABBA (Alamance Black Belt Academy). They have adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:45-8pm and Saturday from 10-12pm. This is great for an “active recovery” day. Do not be frighten, the class is very beginner friendly, and the trainers are a blast to work with. I (Ryan) tried out a class last Thursday and WOW what a great workout/time we had. I plan on adding this training in my weekly workout routine just for something different. If anyone would like to try their first class for FREE please let either Ryan or Daniel know.
