What a great partner workout we had this Saturday! You guys definitely don’t want to miss the ones coming up! They’re every Saturday at 10:00am unless otherwise noticed. This is a great opportunity to bring your family or friends to try out CrossFit.

Barbell 

Snatch,  7 x 1 @ 80%

Snatch Grip Deadlift, 4 x 3 around 80% working on positions

(**The 2nd strength choice is an alternative. CHOOSE ONE**)

Conditioning

3 Rounds for time of:
30 Double-unders
4 Shoulder Press 135/85
3 Rounds for time of:
30 Double-unders
8 Push Press 135/85
3 Rounds for time of:
30 Double-unders
12 Push Jerks 135/85
*3 minute rest between workouts.
