Strength 

1X10, 1X20 Back Squat – use the set of 10 as a gage to judge how heavy you can go, then fairly heavy but not maximal load for the 20 reps – rest 3:00+ between sets

Conditioning 

On the minute for 20 minutes.

Minute 1: 10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95#)

Minute 2: 20 Sit ups

Minute 3: 30 Double Unders

Minute 4: 10 Burpees (Lateral over the bar)
