The best way to know if you are hitting parallel is to take a video… pause it at your deepest point. If your hip crease is not below your knee or at least parallel to it then its no good. There is a time and a place for a high box squat but if you are trying to go parallel and aren’t videoing it chances are your are far from parallel. WAKE UP LUCKY CHARM!
6 weeks to a stronger squat (3 days a week perform 5 sets of 3 reps on the back squat increasing the weight 10lbs every set. Every workout increase the starting weight by 5 lbs)
