Strength 

  1. Back Squats – 4 sets to work up to a 10RM for the day
  2. Strict Toe to Bar – Alternating with back squats, 4 ME sets (Doesn’t have to be unbroken. Just max without coming off the bar)

 

Conditioning 

7 min AMRAP

10 Power snatch (115/75#)

30 Double unders
