Warmup
hip mobility
*** loosen legs/hips/lower back
get ready to squat

Workout
pick a starting weight that you can front squat for 10 reps
after your 10 rep front squat you will add 50 lbs and perform 10 back squats
after your 10 back squat you will immediately add 50lbs and perform 10 deadlifts
take a break 3-4min and go again
this is a strength workout so if you want to add weight each set thats fine but keep the changes to 50lbs
5 rounds – not for time more for strength but take no more than 4min between each 30 rep set

example.. the front squat weight chosen by Jax is 95lbs
10 front squat 95lbs
10 back squat 145lbs
10 deadlift 195lbs
record loads to board
