**Im sorry about this, but this is something that needs to be tested. Its starting to get cold outside and this will more than likely be one of the last running workouts. Please don’t miss this workout just because you don’t like to run. The weather should be great so lets hit this thing with a good attitude! Make sure to bring headphones, running shoes, and whatever else you may need**
