1 Hang Clean + 1 Clean + 1 Jerk – Rest 2:00

Conditioning 

With a continuously running clock begin a new round every 3 minutes until you complete 10 rounds of:
250m Row
10 Burpees

**Each round of the row and burpees should be Max Effort!
